Outsourced clinical psychology assessment service for Mental Health Professionals.

Clinical assessments are often required to help answer the referral question, and contribute to the formulation of a treatment plan.  As such, they are likely to be needed sooner rather than later.

I am Massey University trained/Level C qualified and can administer, score, provide a report, and client/patient feedback for a range of widely used, psychometrically robust adult and older adult assessments.

Mental health, behaviour and personality including:

• Geriatric Anxiety Inventory (GAI)
• Beck Depression Inventory (BDI)
• Geriatric Depression Inventory (GDS)
• Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation (BSS)

• Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI)
• Symptom Checklist 90R (SC-90-R)
• WHO Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 (WHODAS)
• Brief Cognitive Status Exam (BCSE)

Neuropsychology  including:

• Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS-IV)
• Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS-IV)

Fee: $130/hr, plus cost of materials if relevant.
